What is IMPACT?

IMPACT is an annual conference held for independent registered investment advisor (RIA) clients of Charles Schwab. It is considered the premier benchmark event for the RIA industry, with world-class keynote speakers, education sessions, networking opportunities, and industry exhibits. IMPACT is held in a different city each year, alternating between eastern and western locations.

How much does it cost to exhibit at IMPACT?

The cost to exhibit at IMPACT is $15,000. Exhibitor fees include two full conference registrations. See Sponsor & Exhibitor Packages.

How can my company exhibit at IMPACT?

All sponsors and exhibitors are subject to Schwab's approval. Register for IMPACT. If approved, you will receive a confirmation electronically.

How do I find out about additional sponsorship opportunities?

May I incorporate the IMPACT logo into my direct mail marketing?

The use of Charles Schwab in marketing collateral is prohibited. Exhibitors who wish to reference IMPACT must have their direct mail piece approved by IMPACT prior to production and mailing. Forward your direct mail piece or your request for a high-resolution IMPACT logo. Please allow 5–8 business days for approval.

When may I host private meetings or events?

All private events held during IMPACT must end 15 minutes prior to—or commence no earlier than 15 minutes after—the scheduled IMPACT activity. No function may be held on the premises of Walter E. Washington Convention Center at any time without Schwab approval.

How can I nominate a speaker for an education session at IMPACT?

What are the costs for additional representatives above those included in my exhibitor package?

Additional representatives can register at the standard conference rate of $1,150. Early-bird rates of $999 apply through August 16, 2013.

How do I access the exhibitor kit?

Approved exhibitors may access the exhibitor kit via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.

How do I register my company attendees?

Approved companies may begin registering attendees on June 24, 2013 via the Sponsor & Exhibtor Resource Center. Attendees must be affiliated with an approved sponsoring or exhibiting company.

When will my booth number be available?

Booth numbers will be assigned in August and will be available for viewing via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.

When will the registered pre-attendee list be available?

The registered pre-attendee list will be made available on or around October 7, 2013 via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.

Can I bring a guest to the final night event?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exhibitor guests for social events.

When does my firm need to load-in?

Booths must be "show-ready" by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 10, 2013. If your booth is not set up by this time, the contracted show decorator will set it up and additional expenses will be incurred by your firm. Booths may not be set up on Monday, November 11, 2013.

Can I attend education sessions?

A full-conference or day-pass allows exhibitors to attend educational sessions, meals, and social events. Advisors and third-party administrators will be given priority seating in the education sessions.

How many registrations may I secure?

Please refer to Sponsor & Exhibitor Packages to view the number of registrations your package allows. Schwab reserves the right to limit the number of attendees of an exhibiting company.

How do I edit my company description in the program guide?

To edit your company description, please login to the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center. Changes to company descriptions made after July 19, 2013 will not be reflected in event materials.

How do I access my invoices and receipts?

To access your invoices and receipts, please log onto Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.

What are The Expo hours?

The Expo is open at all times with the exception of General Session.

What is the cancellation policy?

IMPACT 2013 reserves the right to release and/or reassign any Exhibit space and/or refrain from activating branding and benefits for sponsorships not paid for in full by July 5, 2013. A company who cancels a registration prior to July 5, 2013 will receive a full refund less $1,250.000 administrative fee. After July 5, 2013 a company will be entitled to a refund of one-half of all fees due by a company as of the date of cancellation. A company shall not be entitled to any refund for cancellation notices received on or after August 2, 2013. All cancellations must be made in writing and received by .
