What are The Exchange hours?
The Exchange is open at all times with the exception of general sessions.
Can I attend education sessions?
A full conference or day pass allows exhibitors to attend education sessions, meals, and events. Advisors and third-party administrators are given priority seating in the education sessions.
When may I host private meetings or events?
ll private events held during IMPACT must end 15 minutes prior to—or commence no earlier than 15 minutes after—the scheduled IMPACT activity. No function may be held on the premises of the San Diego Convention Center at any time without Schwab approval.
What are the costs for additional representatives above those included in my exhibitor package?
Pricing for additional representatives will be available in July when conference registration opens.
How many registrations may I secure?
Please refer to the Sponsor and Exhibitor Packages section to view the number of registrations your package allows. Schwab reserves the right to limit the number of attendees of an exhibiting company.
How do I register my company attendees?
Approved companies may begin registering attendees once registration goes live in August via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center. Attendees must be affiliated with an approved sponsoring or exhibiting company to attend.
Can I bring a guest to the Final Night Event?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exhibitor guests for social events that are not arranged in advance or included in your company’s registration allotment.
When will my booth number be available?
Booth numbers will be assigned in August and will be available for viewing via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.
May I incorporate the IMPACT logo into my direct mail marketing?
The use of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., or any of its affiliates in marketing collateral is prohibited. Exhibitors who wish to reference IMPACT must have their direct-mail piece approved by IMPACT prior to production and mailing. Forward your direct-mail piece or email your request for a high-resolution IMPACT logo to IMPACTexhibitors@schwab.com. Please allow five to eight business days for approval.
How do I access the exhibitor kit?
Approved exhibitors may access the exhibitor kit via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.
When will the registered pre-attendee list be available?
The registered pre-attendee list will be made available at the end of September via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Resource Center.
When does my firm need to load-in?
Booths must be “show-ready” by 3:30 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2016. If your booth is not set up by this time, the contracted show decorator will set it up and additional expenses will be incurred by your firm. Booths may not be set up on Tuesday, October 25, 2016.
