Yes. A full conference or day pass registration allows exhibitors to attend education sessions, meals, and events. Advisors and independent recordkeepers are given priority seating in the education sessions.

Please refer to the Exhibitor packages section to view the number of registrations your package allows. Schwab reserves the right to limit the number of an exhibiting company’s attendees.

A full conference registration for sponsors and exhibitors is $1,275 if they register prior to October 24. Sponsors and exhibitors are not eligible for the advisor and retirement plan provider early-bird registration rate.

Approved companies will receive instructions on how to register their attendees once registration goes live in late July. Attendees must be affiliated with an approved sponsoring or exhibiting company to attend.

All private events held during IMPACT must end 15 minutes prior to—or commence no earlier than 15 minutes after—the scheduled IMPACT activity. No function may be held on the premises of the Pennsylvania Convention Center at any time during the IMPACT conference without Schwab approval.
