Get credit for learning.

At IMPACT we offer continuing education credit for the following accreditations:

Credit for Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®)

Here are four easy steps to receive credit:

1. Provide your CFP Board ID at registration.
2. Attend an approved session.
3. Schwab will capture your attendance upon entry.
4. Schwab will submit your credit within 14 days.

If you do not know your CFP number, please contact the CFP Board at 800-487-1497 or log in to the CFP Board website and access your account information. When you attend a CFP-approved session, please be sure that your badge is scanned upon entry so that we have a record of your attendance.

As a CFP Board–registered CE sponsor, Schwab will electronically submit to the CFP Board a list of event attendees for each CFP-approved session within 14 days of event completion. You will receive an email confirmation from the CFP Board when your credit has been processed. You can also check the status of your CE hours on the CFP Board website.

Credit for Investments & Wealth Institute (IWI)

You can earn CE credit for the following IWI designations:

  • Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®)
  • Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®)
  • Retirement Management Advisor® (RMA®)

Here are four easy steps to receive credit:

1. Provide your IWI Board ID at registration.
2. Attend an approved session.
3. Schwab will capture your attendance upon entry.
4. Schwab will submit your credit within 30 days.

If you do not know your IWI number, please contact the IWI Board at 303-770-3377.

When you attend an IWI-approved session, please be sure that your badge is scanned upon entry so that we have a record of your attendance.

As an IWI Board–registered CE sponsor, Schwab will electronically submit to the IWI Board a list of event attendees for each IWI-approved session within 30 days of event completion.

Continuing Professional Education for CPAs (CPE)

Here are four easy steps to receive credit:

1. Attend an approved session.
2. Schwab will capture your attendance upon entry and exit.
3. Schwab will email you a PDF certificate.
4. Submit the certificate to your State Board of Accountancy.

Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., is registered with NASBA as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website.
