First come, first served
Reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. The discounted rates are available until Friday, September 29, 2023, or until the room block sells out.
*The IMPACT registration team will not contact you directly by email, telephone, or text to solicit hotel reservations.
The hotels’ rates are subject to a Hospitality District Levy (currently 0.75% of the guest room rate) per room per night plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.5%) in effect at the time of checkout.
